Part of a two-year long project, Audley Redwood Lodge was completed in Autumn 2017. The completed project now consists of 126 properties, with Redwood Hall becoming the heart of the village. The hall is now home to a restaurant and leisure facilities.

How was Naylor Novoform involved in the project?
Naylor Novoform were delighted to be involved in the Audley Redwood Retirement Village project, playing an integral role in the preparation works.
Due to difficult ground conditions, parts of the project were designed after the foundations were exposed
A solution was required for the supporting formwork as foundations were to be laid into solid rock
Frequent on-site discussions and trial samples allowed us to achieve an optimum design solution
Novoform’s strong, lightweight design eliminated costly installation fees and didn’t require removal after pouring
Rapid installation was achieved thanks to the use of pre-formed, Novoform panels, allowing the project to meet all timelines
Items were delivered on a schedule, to avoid the requirement of storage space and long exposure of prepared foundations
