Aarhus Docklands is a major revitalisation project, designed to create coherence between the city and bay. With a priority on securing a mixed demographic for the area, at least 25% of the residential areas for social housing. 

When fully developed, Aarhus Docklands will house more than 12,000 residents and 10,000 workplaces. Holding around 800,000m2 floor space.
